March 15 – Buzzard Day

Standard

Being the ignorant human being I am, I didn’t know what a buzzard was. I don’t know what I was expecting, but the large scavenger bird of reality wasn’t it. They are quite cool little creatures; well, not “little” creatures, their wingspan is 1.8 meters, after all. They live in America and feed on the remains of dead animals. Unlike vultures (sorry vultures) they are also quite beautiful.
